The RealReal is Hiring a Photography Production Assistant (New Jersey)
Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our warehouse facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Photography Production Assistant, you will photograph items ranging from designer clothing to fine jewelry and watches, capturing detailed images that showcase product condition. The expected hourly rate for this role is 16-17.25. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Adaptability and openness to change
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (dressing and lifting mannequins, moving product, etc.)
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work weekends as needed
Preferred Requirements:
Proficiency with Mac iOS and Google Suite
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
Dress a mannequin quickly and efficiently, according to TRR company styling guidelines
Take photos of the mannequin from different angles using a remote control (camera settings are pre-programmed; no adjustments to settings are required)
Achieve hourly and daily quota requirements
Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio
Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
Other duties as assigned
This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) and may be triggering for those with photosensitivity. Additional information is available upon request.
