LALAIS is Hiring a Junior Freelance Designer - Beauty (NYC/hybrid)
Pay range: $25-30/HR**
**MUST BE NYC-BASED & OBSESSED WITH SKINCARE
The ideal candidate is a highly creative digital designer obsessed with beauty, storytelling, and a strong luxury aesthetic. They should be able to work quickly, handle multiple projects at once, and deliver beautifully crafted design and ideas consistent with the LALAIS brand.
The candidate MUST have beauty experience, be based in NYC, and able to work hybrid in office and remote 20+ hrs/wk. Rate = $25-30/hr based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong Graphic design background beyond Canva
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma
Excellent creative, design and typography skills with luxe aesthetic
Detail oriented, works fast, thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Strong iPhone photography and video skills. Comfortable in front and behind the camera
Required - relevant experience with a Beauty brand
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Social Media posts
Design emails for Klaviyo
Manage eCommerce website visuals and videos
Brand decks & Collateral
Work on creative design projects ie: Collateral, Events, Merch, Pop-ups
Content Creation - video, imagery and graphics
