As an Internship VIP Relations, you'll be the friendly face behind the scenes, ensuring our VIP guests have an unforgettable experience at the Art Basel Paris and Miami shows.

REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of professional experience, with experience in the contemporary art world, or similar setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with databases, data entry or managing CRM systems
Prior experience in high-end customer service a plus
Prior events experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding to VIP inquiries to the general inbox
Managing the VIP phone line, and responding to phone inquiries
Assist VIPs with technical questions, RSVPs, and other inquiries
Database entry, such as updating contact details, removing duplicates, and RSVP details
Coordinate orders and shipments for the Regional VIP team
Assist in coordination of pre-show event
Provide administrative support to the Head of VIP Relations and Regional VIP team as needed
Attend and take notes on internal meetings (both in person and virtually)
