Of all the fashion cities, I have always believed that London is the only one that comes with a rich, important  cultural history. London in the 1960’s defined mod fashion, modern design, Brit-pop music, hairstyles, it was an entire decade of nexf vibes. The subculture that exploded on to the mainstream, the Youthquake revolutionizes by the young working-class  obsessed with fashion and pioneered the mini skirt paired with tall heel boots and the quintessential fringe (bangs as it’s called in North America). 

London has kept that subculture in tact, even though modernized with a new generation, it is still a town that is fashion obsessed.
