The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution and delivery of all graphic requirements as briefed for both print and digital. The scope of work includes sourcing, designing, developing, producing and printing/uploading design solution for initiatives across all No7 Beauty Company brands and retail partners.

This role serves as an integral part of the Integrated Communications team, providing design expertise to ensure all aspects of digital and print design for the company are on brand and provide information and inspiration to our customers.

Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment. Requiring strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders; including various design, production and logistics vendors. You will support in-store and online strategy (in partnership with the sales, operation, marketing and brands teams and retail partners) and will develop strong working relationships with key contacts to insure consistency of brand across all consumer touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in design with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a design related role (PC/Mac)

  • Expert of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Visionary, highly creative with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to perform and apply design skills, ensuring brand cohesiveness

  • Ability to understand different materials and production methods.

  • Strong photo re-touching and color matching skills

  • CPG, Health and beauty industry experience a plus

  • Flexible, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines

  • Project management, including planning and managing external partners

  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player

  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English; additional language skills a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide in-house design capability for print and digital to support No7 Beauty Company growth targets.

  • Digital: Paid media social posts/promos (Still and .gif/motion), Conversion banners, DTC Banner design and resizing, Paid Retailer Banner promos, Brand page banners (Walgreens, Ulta, Walmart, Kroger, kohls)

  • Merchandising: In store transitions (Price strips, shelf talkers, header graphics), In store promotion displays (Counter unit, tower, endcap with tray, header art, ulta promo table), Digital renderings or mockups of the above.

  • Other: Photo retouching and/or resizing, packaging design or editing, Digital Asset Management, DEI monthly campaign post (internal), Coupons, circular, magazine pages, In store campaigns at Walgreens

  • Create best practice guidelines and deliver graphics solutions in line with project plans.

  • Execute on Creative briefs for printed collateral, creating and overseeing approval process and production of design work. Ensure on-time delivery based upon timelines provided.

  • Manage external (vendor) development as required, including digital services and photo shoots; ensuring assets are necessary and on brand.

  • Facilitate idea sharing and communication across internal teams. Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of brand collateral and toolkits for key No7 Beauty Company brands

  • Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and external agencies to ensure optimization of the brand environment. Support shared materials to drive brand consistency and cost efficiencies.

  • Support retail partners, managing print requirements and provide expert advice on graphics, artwork and print. Ensure visual concepts are cohesive and consistent with the brand’s image.

  • Manage graphic tools, to include updating software and systems requirements. Download and maintain accurate and up to date artwork and guidelines on brand central database.
