Anine Bing is Hiring a Photoshoot Production Asst - P/T Temp (Los Angeles)
ANINE BING is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support our creative production team across sample management and creative asset production. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion and creative production coordination within a collaborative environment. Based in Los Angeles for a period of 6 months.
The hourly rate for this position is $20/ hour.

REQUIREMENTS
Background in fashion, creative production, or sample coordination is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency using Google Drive, Slack, and Dropbox
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion production
Comfortable with hands-on tasks including steaming, packing, and prepping samples
Has a car for transport, and ability to lift 25lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sample Management: Track and manage samples across creative and campaign needs. Coordinate transfers and returns, monitor the launch calendar for changes, update the sample inventory tracker, shot lists, and styling decks, and flag any urgent requests for the team.
Photoshoot Production: Support pre-production, on-set logistics, and post-production for lookbook, editorial, and e-commerce shoots—including sample prep, transport, and oversight of post-production steps for packshots and e-commerce assets.
Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with internal teams to align on timelines, priorities, and sample needs. Assist in preparing creative shot list decks.
