RIXO is Hiring Copywriter - Part-time (London)

RIXO is growing and we want a best-in-class team to support us take the brand to the next level, so we’re looking for an individual who can fit seamlessly in, interpreting our brand aesthetic into creative words across both print and digital outputs. We’re a small team, so we need someone who can work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards and consistency. You must be able to demonstrate ability across all copy writing disciplines, with a particular focus on short form copy, have a clear understanding of the RIXO brand and showcase how words can intrigue, inspire, and convert our customers. The Copy Writer is responsible for supporting our founder to deliver the RIXO tone of voice across multiple touch points including (but not limited to) product descriptions, marketing activity, site messaging and stores, utilising SEO to deliver best practice across the site where relevant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with premium fashion brands and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry.

  • NB/ this role is a part time role – minimum of 3 days per week, with a view to going full time as we continue to grow

RESPONSIBILITIES

EMAIL MARKETING

  • Work alongside the creative team to deliver the weekly marketing emails, supplying strap lines and supporting copy

  • Develop copy for all welcome, nursery and responsive emails to take customers on the RIXO brand journey

  • Be aware of trends in copy from our competitors and others in our vertical, always providing insights and suggestions for improvements

SOCIAL & DIGITAL ADVERTISING

  • Own all the copy for social advertising campaigns, ensuring it is snappy and compelling whilst defining RIXO’s USPs

  • Manage all organic Facebook content from briefing to go-live

  • Review best-in-practice formats providing insights to the team

  • Deliver all copy for paid search and displays campaigns

WEBSITE

  • Attend all product shoots and become the product expert, working closely with the buying team to write on-brand, informative product descriptions in line with SEO best practice

  • Responsible for fit and size guide communications across the site

  • Responsible for homepage copy - ensuring SEO and customer journey are considered at all touch points

  • Update and maintain copy across the site including brand, legal and informational pages

  • Working closely with our customer care team to leverage customer feedback and improve the user experience

AD HOC

  • Execution of all internal comms and support the development of LinkedIn via bi-weekly posts

  • Provide all store copy including store windows, messaging cards and ad hoc POS

  • Support on press and influencer materials, including invitations and event materials

  • Support on wholesale materials, including look books and event materials
