REQUIREMENTS

  • A creative professional who’s passionate about creating engaging brand-based content on Twitter. You’re a storyteller who’s excited about technology and software and has an excellent eye for detail.

  • You are a native English speaker with excellent copywriting skills.

  • You’re also an ambitious quick learner, with great time management skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach. You thrive on being a team player, you have great communication skills, and are familiar with web professional audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and manage our Twitter strategy

  • Handle all content including planning, writing, scheduling, and posting

  • Handle all on-page content scheduling and posting

  • Author and develop a consistent stream of fresh, clever, and creative content that engages and educates our communities, build meaningful connections, and encourage community members to interact and take action

  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

  • Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, video artists, and other social media managers to drive visually and strategically elevated content

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to initiate, produce, and measure the success of social campaigns

  • Remain current with new technologies, social media best practices, and trends

  • Have a good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO

  • Use tracking tools and continuously improve our content by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, for ourselves and for the competition, and refine accordingly
