We suggest ideas for the overall performance based on the characteristics of the artist and song, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to realize them. REQUIREMENTS
Available for field work and domestic/international business trips when necessary
Academic background not important regardless of experience
(Minimum 1 year) At least 3 years of related work experience
People with outstanding talent in creative production
Someone with experience and background in performance/choreography composition that can bring out the characteristics of a song
People with a passion for performance, dance, and music
People with high standards for performance perfection
Someone who has the ability to not only create choreography but also train dances in various genres
Those who can submit a portfolio (portfolios on all topics below must be submitted)
1. One original choreography video (2-3 minutes) of a 5-member female group produced within the last 3 months / K-POP song
2. At least 2 basic original choreographies (2 to 3 minutes long) created within the last 3 months / Song selection is free
3. Additional choreography video (produced within the last 3 months)
Those who do not have any reason to disqualify themselves from obtaining a visa for overseas business trips
[Preferred Qualifications]
Person with experience in directing domestic/international stage performances
People who can communicate in a foreign language (English, Japanese, etc.)
A person who can handle administrative tasks such as performance-related budget management
People who are proficient in using music and video editing programs
Someone who can perform choreography of various genres
Those who can submit a portfolio of choreography videos they created themselves. Submit via social media link or as an edited video file

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance production tailored to the artist and song/album concept
Guidance to improve artists' understanding of performance and expressiveness
Providing direction and training for trainees' performances
Management and utilization of a pool of performance-related personnel, including dancers
Provide direction for performance-related music/costume/lighting/stage design
Management and implementation of all performance-related matters, including concerts, broadcast stages, and music videos.
There are periods of concentrated work due to the album production schedule.
