Fenty Beauty is Hiring Jr Graphic Designer (San Francisco)

Fenty Beauty is part of Kendo Holdings, Inc., a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury group.  Currently hiring a Jr. Graphic Designer to support the Associate Creative Director and team with dynamic digital creative for desktop and mobile that delivers on the brand experience. Partnering in planning, managing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Opportunities to develop advertising, in-store animations, collateral, digital and animated (gif/video) assets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree; BA or BFA preferred

  • 1-2 years of design experience in digital design, focusing on mobile and desktop

  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac Platform

  • Strong understanding of web UI standards, grid system, responsive design frameworks

  • Basic HTML skills and knowledge of CSS

  • Degree focused on UI & UX preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ease and polish in presenting in a variety of settings: small/large groups, managers, formal presentations

  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities

  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines

  • Understanding of current fashion and beauty trends

  • Understanding of digital trends and best practice

  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines

  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated

  • Passion for beauty and retail

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the Associate Creative Director and Senior Digital Designer by providing creative solutions that meet business objectives

  • Develop pixel-perfect, highly innovative, refined digital assets under high paced timelines

  • Drives design projects on time and within budget with the highest quality of standards

  • Demonstrates solid understanding of typography, photography, graphic design and digital design; ensures all assets adhere to brand guidelines

  • Owns presentation of assigned projects to cross functional teams for feedback and final approval

  • Supports ACD and team in reviewing final production stages; mechanicals for routing and release

  • Develops strong partnerships with Brand Management, Marketing, Program Management and Digital teams.
