Cocokind is Hiring a Graphic Designer (Remote)

cocokind is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for owning, creating, and executing all graphic design and visual communication. You will work across brand marketing (inclusive of campaigns, influencer, PR, and social media), digital marketing (inclusive of website, email, SMS, and paid media), product and packaging, and retail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated individual, who is excited to develop and improve processes that ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and execution. Your ideas will be heard and respected, and you will feel and see the impact of your work! This role will report to our VP of Brand Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ Years experience in a graphic design role
You have foundational knowledge of design principles and best practices
You are proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
You have experience designing for web and paid media
You have a basic knowledge of video editing and UI/UX design principles
You have strong communication skills, are a collaborator who thrives on teamwork, and have a demonstrated ability to accomplish goals by by working cross-functionally
Open-minded and resourceful with a knack for problem-solving; you constantly think quickly, creatively, and outside of the box
You are a highly motivated and organized self-starter who manages projects end-to-end
You are a creative thinker with an eye for detail
You embrace a growth mindset, eager for continuous learning, and are open to receiving feedback
You have experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the ideation, development, and execution of brand and product design projects including but not limited to campaign design and deliverables, evergreen assets, digital assets, merchandising, and product packaging.
Establish a cohesive brand look and feel, and help ensure consistent use and application across multiple brand touch points.
Work closely with our brand, retail, product, and digital teams to understand ongoing and project-specific needs.
Implement a brief process to ensure streamlined requests, open communication, and on-time delivery.
Present concepts and receive feedback to ensure we reach our aligned goals.
