Musinsa is Hiring a Photographer (Seoul, S Korea)
Our team produces diverse fashion and commercial content designed to effectively showcase the appeal of brands and products within Musinsa. We go beyond simple image capture; we define visual directions tailored to the unique characteristics of brands and products and collaborate with internal departments to consistently deliver high-quality results.
We handle a wide range of production tasks—including editorials, campaigns, interviews, brand pictorials, and content linked to offline events—and are deeply involved in the entire production lifecycle, from pre-shoot preparation and on-site operations to quality control and refinement. Operating in an environment that requires simultaneous collaboration with multiple stakeholders, our team excels at adapting flexibly to rapidly changing schedules and production conditions while maintaining a consistently high standard of output.
As the demand for content grows across the company, we are tasked with strengthening our production operations to ensure greater stability and efficiency. To support this, we are seeking a team member who possesses fundamental on-set skills, can quickly grasp operational workflows, and is capable of performing tasks reliably.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a studio assistant
Degree in Photography, Fashion, Design, or a related field
Practical experience using AI tools for image creation, retouching, and reference work
Ability to handle video shooting and editing, allowing for flexibility in creating content beyond still photography
Ability to submit a portfolio
Strong interest in fashion and fashion magazines
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce content for Musinsa Magazine and offline channels.
Assist with shoot operations and data management.
Handle on-site setup and set construction.
Manage and maintain the studio.
Perform background removal (clipping) and basic Photoshop retouching. [Qualifications]
Experience in photography and videography
Proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One
