REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher / Major in Visual Design

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Adobe graphic software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Flexible and persuasive communication skills

  • Experience in graphic and visual design within the beauty or retail industries

  • Experience in store promotion design

  • Strong understanding of production specifications for in-store display materials (printing, large-format graphics, etc.)

  • Professional and altruistic attitude when participating in collaborative projects

  • Ability to manage projects systematically and meticulously while adhering to schedules at each stage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Posters, show cards, POP displays, etc., for events such as "Olyoung Sale," IP collaborations, and Black Friday

  • Settlement of monthly promotion costs and contract processing with vendors

  • Document preparation for managing the list of in-store display materials

  • Design-related research and idea generation
