We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 4+ years experience to work on digital + print projects. The Graphic Designer will sit on the creative team, reporting to the Associate creative director and will also work closely with the Social, Marketing, Retail and Digital teams. The ideal candidate is super creative, collaborative and a critical thinker. They should be flexible, hardworking and have extreme attention to detail even when working on tight deadlines. Alo is a rapidly growing company – we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of related professional experience

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
Digital/Web design experience
Experience in photoshoot production
Skilled at managing multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills, technical skills
Experience in Package Design
Experience in Print Design
Experience in Retail Design
Detail oriented + a self-starter
Someone highly creative with a portfolio of work that exemplified a unique point of view - ideally with a history and an interest in the fashion and/or beauty space
Knowledge of typography, type setting, grid systems and other design principles
A team player who is able to work well with others, and always ready to learn and take on new challenges
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Experience with video editing is a bonus!
Proficient in digital design – web, email marketing + advertising

RESPONSIBLITIES

Work closely with the Associate creative director, Graphic Design Team & Project Manager to ensure all assets meet the Alo Yoga brand standards.
Deliver work on time with close attention to detail.
Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to design assets for digital marketing, social media, email, ads, retail + packaging
Work with UX designers to develop new or updated feature designs on our website
Develop new ways to communicate brand stories on our digital comms
Creating communication materials in digital and printed media while working in a fast-paced environment.
Designing and developing compelling packaging and in-store solutions / Create innovative and impactful retail packaging solutions
Manage and maintain the organization of all projects and assets using project management tools like Asana and One Drive
Lead packaging design for the alo brand inclusive of designing the packaging, prepping files and working with vendors
