Tory Burch is Hiring a Manager, Digital Designer (NYC)

The Manager, Digital Designer will support the Senior Art Director in delivering high-quality, on-brand digital experiences for the Tory Burch customer. This role is pivotal in developing and scaling innovative digital content across site, email, and digital advertising, while maintaining a consistent and elevated design aesthetic across global markets. Support and cross-functional partnership in digital site enhancements alongside the UX and site teams will be a key part of this role. Scaling and keeping up to date with latest trends for site immersive capabilities and experiences. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands-on designer, capable of translating marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives that merge content and commerce. This role also includes production responsibilities, ensuring flawless execution of creative assets across all digital touchpoints.

The compensation range for this position is 100,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or luxury e-commerce industry.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from concept through execution, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design excellence.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Keynote, Figma and prototyping tools; After Effects, AEM, and animation skills are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of fashion forward branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for fashion and digital innovation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Manager, Digital Designer will lead the execution of innovative digital design solutions across site, email, and advertising platforms, in close partnership with the Senior Art Director and VP of Art & Branding. 

  • This role involves crafting compelling seasonal narratives, translating strategic objectives into visually engaging experiences, and ensuring brand consistency across global digital channels. 

  • Actively design layouts, prototypes and comps while understanding learnings from previous campaigns and continue to push the creative. 

  • The designer will collaborate with UX and site teams to enhance user experiences, stay ahead of industry trends, guide and influence UX/UI visuals from a creative standpoint to maintain optimal brand vision and language. 

  • Another key part of this role will be support in site and digital marketing asset deliverables and production needs. Including monthly refresh, sales events and incremental digital marketing asset production requests. 

  • Strong cross-functional communication and a commitment to design excellence—especially in typography, layout, photography, and animation—are essential to success in this role.
