Shake Shack is Hiring a Manager, Creative Marketing (NYC)

The Creative Marketing Manager is the driving force that leads the marketing and creative teams to flawlessly execute Shake Shack brand initiatives and campaigns. This position leads cross-functional integration for the launch of limited time menu offers, menu tests, large scale events, brand partnerships and company initiatives. Partnering with all facets of the organization, the role will serve as the primary integrator to ensure sound strategy, developing inspiring and pointed creative briefs, and best-in-class creative. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and a proven track record of campaign/ project management.

Pay Range - $98,860.00 - $126,060.00

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Asana, frame.io

  • Strong understanding of the Shake Shack brand and company culture.

  • Displayed interest in Photography or Design.

  • 4-6+ years of professional experience working on brand campaign management in agency environment or leading ecommerce and/or retail businesses, CPG

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the creative strategy and execution of Shake Shack brand initiatives, supporting the launch of limited time menu offers, menu tests, large scale events, brand partnerships, and company initiatives.

  • Own partner relationships, setting integrated campaigns up for success, ensuring effective communication/collaboration, creative alignment, and marketing asset consistency.

  • Lead internal marketing teams (Regional, PR, Digital, Social, Email, International) on campaign marketing initiatives – building structure and creative process for seamless execution.

  • Develop creative briefs and establish end-to-end activation timelines, highlighting key deliverable dates and setting clear expectations for marketing stakeholders.

  • Spearhead the creative strategy and calendar planning to support in-Shack and digital merchandising.

  • Own contract negotiations, invoicing and budgets across National brand initiatives, monitoring costs, spending and completion status against timelines.
