Milk Bar is Hiring Senior Project Manager (NYC)

Currently hiring a Senior Project Manager to work with the Creative team. You have the answer ready before the question is asked. You are proactive. You have an eye. You are supportive. You want things to run smoothly. You get brand voice, vision, mission. You are hungry to organize, problem solve and dive into tiny details before jumping back to macro and repeat. You have a voice and you contribute. There is no task too small and no ask too big, you get a kick from doing it all.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years relevant experience: project manager, producer, studio manager in an agency or creative studio

  • Experience working in a fast-paced omnichannel business where creative output is directly linked to revenue

  • Incredible written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using a project management system

  • Experience managing project budgets over $500,000

  • Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments

  • Experience being the point person for clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project management for Creative team including tracking, briefing, cross dept communication for traditional, digital, social, OOH, streaming and print deliverables

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate the goals of any project and the ideas behind our work

  • Motivate, support and understand teams: business partners, brand strategists, art directors, designers, copywriters, content creators

  • Identify and implement solutions for improving client and team delivery processes.

  • Manage Creative team budget including tracking and coding invoices for payment and expense reports

  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes

  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work

  • Communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team

  • Manage all relationships with outside vendors, agencies and freelancers

  • Collaborate with Creative Director to manage alignment with brand standards, content errors, formatting issues, compliance to trademarks, etc

  • Create and implement a robust project management system and overhaul processes to support the growing team

  • Manage internal project proposals and develop road maps for new initiatives

  • Fully understand and exhibit the Milk Bar ethos, embody our core values, inspire celebration and create real magic. Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally.
