We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to join the Maggie Gentry Team who, like us, has a big heart and a brilliant mind to deliver impeccable service to our clients.   • Creating, updating, and organizing information in a variety of cloud-based applications like Wordpress, Squarespace and Google Apps

  • Supporting us and our clients in a variety of tech-related asks that pertain to updates across platforms that could include: website updates, email marketing software, client relationship management software, scheduling software, and database management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to balance remote, independent work with real-time collaboration on priority projects with teammates

  • Be a reliable teammate who does what they say they’re going to do and asks questions along the way so that the final deliverable is the final version

  • Be able to navigate competing priorities in a dynamic work environment and know when to request support and clarification

  • Appreciate systems-based thinking and process-driven execution - we’re focused on working smarter, not harder

  • Be familiar with cloud-based applications and terminology (tagging, etc.)

  • Be able to clearly express thoughts to others in a variety of mediums (writing, email, video conference, etc.) and transcribe verbal information into written mediums

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Email Campaign Set-up in MailChimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, Keap, and Kajabi - Dubsado workflow set-up

  • Acuity set-up - SEO Audits & Set-up

  • Website updates on Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix, and Kajabi (bonus points if you are well-versed in Kajabi site design!)

  • The occasional database/spreadsheet review and management Bonus Points:

  • Copywriting skills - Enjoy website design on Squarespace or Kajabi
