Graza is Hiring a Community Manager (Brooklyn, NY/Hybrid)
Graza is looking for a Community Manager to join our team based in Brooklyn, NY. This person will embody the Graza voice on social media while building meaningful relationships with our community both on and offline This position will report to the Senior Manager, Social and Influencer Marketing, and work closely with the social, influencer, and customer experience teams to show up consistently across all our social channels and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza’s Brooklyn office 4 days per week.
The base pay for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience of relevant experience in customer facing, community building, or social media role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you’re a creative, witty writer who can adapt to Graza’s brand voice and bring it to life in every comment and customer interaction
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.) and what works best for community engagement on each
Ability to grasp and own Graza’s brand voice on all social channels
Strong sense of humor, creativity, and the ability to think on your toes
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to community growth
Experience working with influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs is a plus
Passion for the food / cooking space is also a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to comments, DMs and mentions across Graza’s social channels — turning every interaction into a relationship-building opportunity, and escalating customer support issues as needed
Identify opportunities to tap into relevant conversations, trends, and cultural moments in the social space that align with the Graza brand in real time
Engage and manage relationships with customers, creators, chefs, and brand fans
Track and analyze community sentiment, engagement trends, and audience feedback, providing insights to the wider team on a consistent basis
Build seeding lists ahead of launches and campaigns
Bring the community perspective into content planning, contributing to monthly and weekly social and marketing brainstorming meetings
Collaborate with the social + influencer team to organize regular gifting initiatives; managing the logistics and tracking of shipments
Support with the ideation, coordination, and on-site execution of community events
