Generation Love is a well known women's contemporary brand looking for a dynamic Digital Designer to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and creating a multitude of different branding programs and assist in spearheading our digital footprint.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in digital design, graphic design or experience in a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years professional design experience, preferably at a in-house Web team or digital creative agency (experience in women's fashion a plus)
Strong portfolio of design work
Ability to present new concepts and lead design concept meetings
Able to take direction and constructive criticism
Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles
Extensive knowledge of various
Web design processes
First hand experience designing advertising and e-commerce websites
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Agility to pivot and meet business deadlines and needs
Time management skills Strong communications ability
Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop, and other programs
Strong knowledge in Shopify and Klaviyo a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and produce monthly website updates, weekly emails, and digital paid marketing advertisements inclusive of static and moving imagery.
While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.
Work with the marketing team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
Work with team to create compelling campaigns and designs.
Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and digital ads
Make sure brand aesthetic and voice is cohesive across digital customer touch points.
Provide design support to create product graphics, logos, identity design etc
