Eileen Fisher is Hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid/NY)

**This position is predominantly remote, but with expectation to meet in our EF headquarters in Irvington, New York once or twice a month to attend key meetings.**

Eileen Fisher is seeking an experienced graphic designer who has worked/is skilled in both print and digital mediums. This role requires conceptual and creative thinking, as well as strong technical precision, to design and produce compelling content.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in email and web graphic design.

  • E-commerce background in preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe CS and Figma.

  • Must be able to shift quickly between design, production and operational tasks.

  • Strong typography, layout and design production skills.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping and compositing; skillful retouching and color correction a plus.

  • Proficiency in After Effects a plus.

    Additional Skills/ Experience:

  • Should be equally comfortable doing production work and creative work.

  • Able to work quickly, independently and reliably. Takes ownership of and pride in work.

  • Able to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences, always considering the user journey. UX/UI passion and/or experience a plus.

  • Strong desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences.

  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Possess interest in new technologies, fashion, storytelling and e-commerce.

  • Understand and appreciate EILEEN FISHER’s design and aesthetic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the design and development of brand content. Includes a variety of asset types, such as digital advertising, slideshows, emails, organic social posts, hangtags and more as needed.

  • Partner with Brand Content Team members on seasonal deliverables and with cross-functional partners as needed.

The hiring salary range for this role is $55- 65k/yr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
