Brooklinen is looking for a Freelance Production Designer to join our Creative team through the end of the year. This role will be essential in helping us move quickly and execute beautifully during our busiest season.You’ll partner closely with our designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across every touchpoint — ensuring every asset is polished, on-brand, and delivered on time. This is a great opportunity for a detail-obsessed designer who loves the craft, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in getting the little things just right.

This is a contract role, perfect for a seasoned production designer who’s ready to jump in, collaborate, and make an immediate impact.

Engagement Details

  • Location: Remote

  • Timeline: October–January 2026 (3 months)

  • Hours: ~20 hours/week 

  • Compensation: $58–$63/hour

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of production design experience across digital and print

  • A strong foundation in typography, color, hierarchy, and layout

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to design excellence

  • Strong time management and collaboration skills — you know how to prioritize and deliver

  • A solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • A self-starter spirit with a positive, can-do attitude and appreciation for great teamwork

  • Motion graphics experience (nice to have)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring creative concepts to life through pixel-perfect production across digital and print — including emails, paid social, digital ads, and packaging

  • Translate creative direction into ready-to-launch assets in partnership with designers, copywriters, and channel leads

  • Iterate and refine email campaigns to highlight launches, promotions, and retention storytelling

  • Maintain brand consistency across every deliverable, ensuring the Brooklinen look and feel shines through

  • Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully, adjusting deliverables to meet shifting needs

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and Growth partners to deliver work that’s both beautiful and on-strategy

  • Keep projects organized, efficient, and moving, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks
