The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase our Campaign marketing in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. You will play a pivotal role in producing best-in-class photography and videography for Campaigns, delivered on-time and on-budget, while ensuring creative and business objectives are met. REQUIREMENTS
The Producer/Senior Producer, Photo & Video Production, has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Photo & Video Production
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Producer/Senior Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Plan the production of quality content, on time, on budget, at the right location and with the right people
Coordinate the elements of a shoot
Manage the execution of a shoot
Manage the post-production quality and timeliness
Manage the legal and financial components of a shoot
Provide an operationally seamless photo and video production experience
