AGMES JEWELRY is seeking a full-time marketing coordinator that is a highly motivated, organized, and digitally savvy to join our growing team from our New York City studio. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, jewelry, and storytelling, and is eager to contribute across all facets of brand marketing.
As a key member of the team, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives spanning social media, mailers, content creation, events, partnerships, and community engagement. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in marketing, fashion, luxury, design, or a creative industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Resourceful, flexible, and eager to learn
Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo
Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in design, jewelry, fashion, art, and culture

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support community management and customer engagement across digital channels
Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and brand newsletters
Write and edit marketing copy for emails, social media, website updates, and brand communications
Select, organize, and adjust imagery for email campaigns and other marketing assets
Help maintain the marketing calendar and track project timelines
Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, audience segmentation, and CRM data
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across platforms
Monitor social media performance and assist with reporting and insights
Support content production, including photography, video, behind-the-scenes capture, and editing
Coordinate marketing mailers, gifting initiatives, and influencer outreach
Manage event invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, and event-related logistics
Assist with campaign launches, partnerships, and brand activations
Provide general administrative and operational support
