Stila Cosmetics is Hiring a Content Creator + Social Media Intern - Fall 2026 (NYC)
Paid internship — $17.00/hour (40 hours per week)
Academic Credit: Available for eligible students through their college or university.
Location: New York City (4 days in office)
We're looking for a beauty-focused content creator who loves making short-form videos, understands social media trends, and feels comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
This internship combines hands-on content creation with real-world experience in social media marketing, giving you the opportunity to support our social channels, campaigns, photoshoots, retailer activations, and TikTok Shop initiatives. If you love TikTok, enjoy creating UGC-style beauty content, and want behind-the-scenes exposure to the marketing strategy of a global beauty brand, we'd love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
Passion for beauty content creation. (Please include your portfolio or social media handles.)
Ability to film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable both on camera and directing UGC-style content.
Genuine interest in beauty, makeup, social media, and digital culture.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with social media, marketing, or digital strategy (coursework or internships are welcome).
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, paid social, or engagement analytics.
Experience using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create UGC-style beauty content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
Support content ideation, filming, editing, and execution for organic social, paid media, retailer campaigns, and special events.
Assist with photoshoots, behind-the-scenes content, and on-set production.
Edit short-form videos and help elevate the quality and performance of social content.
Track social media performance and contribute insights and content recommendations.
Support TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and social commerce initiatives.
Engage with our community and collaborate with creators.
Partner with the Social, Creative, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to develop compelling, high-performing content.
Duration: September 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Potential Extension: Internship may be extended beyond December 18, 2026, upon mutual agreement between the intern and Stila Cosmetics.
Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
Gain hands-on experience creating content, supporting social campaigns, and learning how digital marketing operates inside a global beauty brand.
