Salary Range: $149,900 - $194,900 USD
We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator to lead the creation of high-impact, social-first content that drives engagement and cultural relevance. This is a Senior Manager-level, individual contributor role for a creative who can both execute hands-on and shape the creative direction of the brand across key social platforms.

REQUIREMENTS
A senior, social-native creator with strong creative POV and instincts
Deeply fluent in social platforms, trends, and creator culture
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end and influencing cross-functional partners
Data-informed, highly collaborative, and energized by fast-paced environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead creation of social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Concept, script, direct, and oversee production of thumb-stopping content
Partner with influencer, brand, and social strategy teams to deliver brand-right storytelling
Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments to inform real-time and planned content
Analyze performance to optimize creative approaches and evolve content strategy
Test new formats, storytelling techniques, and platform capabilities
