Fabletics is Hiring a Creative Director (El Segundo, California/Hybrid)

Reporting to the CMO, this role will cultivate an environment of collaboration and innovation where creative work can thrive while ensuring deadlines are met and brands standards are upheld while partnering with our key collaborators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating concepts for consumer-focused brand while collaborating with athletes and entertainers to reimagine new narratives and ways of storytelling.

This individual should be resourceful, thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex timelines, and be able to excel in cross-functional collaboration and communication with multiple internal and external partners.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $150,00-$195,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6-8 years’ experience in creative, art direction, and or agency environment creating consumer centric concepts and stories.

  • Strong background in project management as well as content/digital asset management.

  • Experienced working across multiple platforms including, print, digital, paid, photo and video, while being eager to push the team towards innovation by discovering new creative mediums.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and immediate turn arounds, retain a lot of information to a lot of moving parts, all while striving for excellence.

  • Both creative and business-minded and know how to manage both sides of the conversation.

  • Excellent communication skills and solution oriented.

  • Able to effectively work with numerous stakeholders and various working styles and personalities, a passion for working with and project-managing creative artists is a must.

  • Have the drive and experience to execute on best in industry creative, continuously look to improve processes, create efficiencies, and stay on budget.

  • Must be extremely comfortable in a high pressure, fast paced business environment, be a driven leader and work effectively and collaboratively with multiple internal and external partners.

  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly to be flexible with demands and changes in business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the day-to-day management and execution of creative initiatives, working closely with the Art Directors and cross functional stakeholders to build 360 creative campaigns, product launch assets, marketing materials, website & email assets, social media assets, packaging, and more.

  • Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional communication between the Creative team and stakeholders throughout the company – such as Brand Marketing, PR, Social Media, CRM, Acquisition, Product Design and Merchandising.

  • Develop key story outlines and content briefs to guide art and content creation.

  • Ensure collaborative creative concepting and routing between the different Creative teams to ensure all deliverables are strategically and visually cohesive.

  • Review all creative materials with a detailed and strategic eye to ensure they’re error-free, uphold brand standards and align with the goals of the brief.

  • Manage communication of approvals and routing of deliverables to key stakeholders and key approvers.

  • Assist the CMO and leadership team in preparation for key creative meetings internally and externally by creating compelling presentations and materials.
