Crown Affair is Hiring a Mid-Level Digital Designer - Contractor to Full-Time (Remote)
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually

Location: Remote (LA Preferred)
We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Digital Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll help elevate our brand across digital, retail, and DTC marketing channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and external agency partners to create high-quality on-brand visuals that engage customers and drive performance.

REQUIREMENTS
3–5+ years of digital design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, e-commerce, and marketing design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools. Proficiency in motion, animation, and After Effects a plus.
Solid understanding of UX best practices for DTC and retail environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce & Retail Design Design and update assets for our direct-to-consumer website, including PDPs, homepage features, and collection pages.
Create graphics for retail partners, including Sephora banners, PDPs, and other placements.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Concept and design email campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Support SMS creative needs with clear, concise, and visually effective assets.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
Create digital ads across social, display, and other paid media channels.
Review and refine ad creative developed by external agencies.
Social Media Design compelling Instagram Stories and Posts that align with channel strategy and brand aesthetics.
