ASH is seeking a Brand Coordinator to work on its Creative Services team. The Brand Coordinator will report to the Brand Experience Director and work closely with the Marketing, Hotel Management, and other Creative Services teams.

Start date is August or September 2021.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in a brand/and or creative role in the hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating processes and/or events

  • Comfortable building brand materials, including but not limited to graphic design, video, photography, and copy

  • Comfortable making presentations and doing light training for hotel employees

  • Superior interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal functions and ASH Hotels

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Brand Coordinator supports the ASH Hotels brand and is responsible for ensuring that our product and services resonate with current and potential guests. The following is a list of general responsibilities for the role:

  • Under the guidance of Brand Experience Director, work with existing hotels in the portfolio to ensure brand standards are clearly defined and being adhered to, including: brand voice, language, graphic standards, uniform compliance, in-room guest experience, public space guest experience, F&B experience Assist the Brand Experience Director with the development of the ASH Hotels brand and ensure brand standards.

  • Manage creative agencies and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met, timelines are adhered to, etc.

  • Assist with brand development for new properties and follow through by executing defined brand standards for each consecutive property.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure brand experience is being properly messaged and executed

  • Develop a system for and digital asset management. Identify a vendor/storage solution to manage all of our digital assets and oversee the implementation. Once the solution is implemented, maintain the system and work with others to ensure they know how to use the system.

  • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing process

  • Source and/or create all graphics, including photography, videos, graphic design

  • Maintain and update brand playbook

  • Oversee graphics development
