REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
A portfolio of design work (student projects, personal work, or previous internship experience) required with application
Graphic design proficiency with a strong understanding of typography and layout
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; experience with Figma and/or Canva is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand aesthetic, voice, and customer community
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and an eye for emerging social trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities with a positive attitude
Previous internship or creative experience is a plus, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Creative team with day-to-day support across graphic design for social media, email, and retail needs
Assist with creative projects including mood boards, photo books, presentations, campaign references, and visual storytelling materials
Support social media initiatives by helping brainstorm content ideas, monitor trends, and contribute fresh concepts that align with the LoveShackFancy brand voice and community
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, PR, Retail, and Ecommerce to support brand initiatives
Contribute innovative ideas and insights to help elevate customer engagement and strengthen brand storytelling across platforms
