Beautiful Inspiring Film Stills from Agnes Varda's 1965 Film 'Le Bonheur'
The opening scenes of Le Bonheur takes you along the scenic countryside with flowers bloomed and a parade of bold colors set to Mozart. Director Agnes Varda signified that life is only what you make it to be. In French le bonheur means happiness and this film explores the theme of how that dictates one’s life. What appears to be a happy marriage with beautiful children is completely unpredictable. As you’ll watch in the trailer below, the husband loves his home life as well as another woman.
