5 Women I'd Like To Meet

by Madeleine Cotton

All women should be celebrated, and all women look up to other women who have influenced them or are currently influencing them in a positive way. Ahead are- to me, some of the most influential women ever that have become my role models. Some are making music, some are making noise, all are making a change.

ZOE KRAVITZ

I look up to Zoe Kravitz in many ways, but overall she is in my opinion THE height of style. Daughter of musician Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, her presence always proves sophistication from her impeccable red carpet looks to her role in Big Little Lies and many other films.

EMMA STONE

Emma Stone, an American actress who has won accolades from an Oscar, a BAFTA, Golden Globe, and three Screen Actors Guild awards. In my opinion, she is the most talented actress of her generation. What really blew me away was her sought after performance as Mia Dolan in the 2016 film La La Land. She is set to play the role of Cruella de Vil in the upcoming Disney film Cruella.

DIANE VON FURSTENBERG

Diane von Furstenberg is an icon. I mean, she invented the wrap dress. I know that if I were given the opportunity to meet her, I would ask endless questions about the fashion industry and how she made it so far. Gaining knowledge and advice from such a talent like her would mean the world to me.

ALEXA CHUNG

Alexa Chung is a British writer, presenter, model, muse and fashion designer. In 2017, she released her eponymous line ALEXACHUNG. She is also someone I would die to sit down with to pick her brain about her experience working in the industry.

ANGELA MERKEL

Angela Merkel has been the Chancellor of Germany since 2005. She is described as the de facto leader of the European Union and regarded as the most powerful woman in the world. Her overall drive and strong will are what inspires me.
