Wix’s Design Development team - a professionally-diverse group that initiates and executes unique and highly impactful projects. We’re a project-based team, and our speciality is leading independent initiatives within and outside of Wix, which allows us to work as an independent studio within our Design group.
REQUIREMENTS
A Designer with 1+ year of experience in branding and online design, and a great portfolio that shows experience as a print and digital designer, as well as building brand identity systems. You’re comfortable working on a range of projects from brand identity and digital products to conference branding, and interface and interaction designs.
You have a deep understanding of the Adobe suite of programs and Sketch, and if you have Photoshop, Motion and After Effects skills, that’s a plus! If you’ve worked with the Wix Editor, that’s an advantage too.
You have in-depth knowledge and skill in both brand design and image creation for traditional, digital, and motion applications. You’re also able to communicate with local suppliers and producers.
You’re a team player who can also work independently from concept to execution, you’re passionate about the design world, from both a visual and content perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on web design, print, image making, conferences and space design projects
Partner with multiple stakeholders at Wix (Operations, Product, R&D, Marketing and Content) and with external clients on inspirational projects
Connect with NYC’s design community, where we host events, workshops and initiatives
