Larroudé is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing creative team in New York City. This role sits at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, shaping how our brand shows up across every touchpoint—from emails to ads to social. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design, obsessed with typography and layouts, and excited to work in a highly creative, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate daily with our Head of Creative, marketing team, and founders to bring the Larroudé world to life visually.

Seasoned Fashion Director Marina Larroudé and her husband, financier and business operator Ricardo Larroudé, launched their namesake footwear brand in 2020, with the consumer and community in mind.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of full-time, post-internship experience in graphic design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work

  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience with Figma is a plus

  • Understanding of social-first design, email layout best practices, and brand identity systems

  • Passion for fashion, culture, and digital storytelling

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast, collaborative environment

  • Ability to take direction and also bring fresh, original ideas to the table

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce digital assets for:

  • Email marketing (campaigns, flows, launches, editorials)

  • Paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, partnerships)

  • Social media (Instagram, TikTok, organic posts, stories, graphics)

  • Website visuals (banners, landing pages, product storytelling)

  • Maintain and elevate Larroudé’s visual identity across all platforms

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts, campaigns, and shoot assets

  • Work closely with our founders and Senior Fashion Editor on brand evolution

  • Help ideate and execute creative concepts for new product launches and collaborations

  • Support occasional print needs (lookbooks, packaging layouts, postcards)
