Bloom Nutrition is Hiring a Senior Copywriter (Los Angeles)

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter with a witty and a little edgy personality that can reflect the fun, fresh, and trendy voice of the iconic Bloom brand. This person will help take Bloom to the next level through compelling campaigns, impactful storytelling, and a strong voice/tone/personality.

Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, the Senior Copywriter is responsible for creating and enforcing the overall brand voice and tone. Ensures consistency of voice in all communications and accountable for consumer-facing copy and narrative across all channels including email, product descriptions, campaign narratives, event assets, and more. The candidate needs to be a strategic thinker, partnering with our Design team to bring the brand to life across multiple mediums/channels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of copywriting experience with strong conceptual ideas and writing examples in portfolio (please provide link to portfolio).

  • Outstanding writing skills with the ability to write in a range of styles.

  • Ability to adapt brand voice across platforms and authentically adjust without losing the essence of the brand.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency.

  • Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects.

  • Must be able to work in office at Venice HQ 4 times a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with our Head of Creative Marketing and Design team to concept and pitch campaign-level ideas. Actively participate in brainstorms and push for bold execution.

  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.

  • Write copy across all the channels/assets where needed – retail, product, digital, presentations, billboards, advertising, events, social, etc.

  • Develop and execute breakthrough copy, infusing your words with personality and creativity that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

  • Edit & proof work to ensure tone, style, and brand consistency are met across all content.

  • Build upon the current voice and tone, developing copy and voice guidelines.

  • Demystify science and product story in an easy to understand, consumer-friendly way.

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, pop culture references, and digital nuances to create content that feels current, relevant, and truly authentic.
