What is great about brands like Nanushka is their constant activity on Instagram. They are paving the path for smaller fashion brands who don't have an advertisers budget, instead utilizing the power of their followers and algorithms to influence new customers. It's not an easy task, one that takes commitment and creativity, but they do it everyday and very well.
Sandra Sandor began designing Nanushka in 2005 directly after graduating from the London College of Fashion. Based in Budapest, Hungary, Nanushka carries a niche following driven by the desire to marry functional design with beauty. What Nanushka offers and is able to story tell on Instagram is a modern collection of versatile day-to-day pieces. It does so without the overrun, saturated displays of "girls of the moment" and really focuses on the kind of lifestyle the brand believes to be their core shopper.
And to us, that's what this 'see now buy now' movement ultimately means. When you create a strong voice and image on social media platforms, the right audience will come.
